Obituary for Mrs. Stella Mallinen
Mrs. Stella Mallinen, age 93 years, passed away peacefully in Pioneer Ridge on Monday, December 17, 2018.
Stella was born in February 24, 1925 in Fort William. She enjoyed travelling and family dinners.
Survived by her sons in-law, Ari Dromberg and Rick Miller; grandchildren Shelley Rae (Bill), Tara (Billy) and Mellissa (Darryl); great grandchildren, Hailey, Jordan, Madison, Emma, Mason and Athena; great great grandson, Hunter; sister, Ann; brother, Nick and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Predeceased by her first husband, Steve Derboka and second husband, Wilf Mallinen; daughters, Cheryl Dromberg and Marilyn Miller; her parents; brothers Mike and John and sisters Mary and Sofie.

A Celebration of Stella's Life will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2018 from 1:00pm until 3:00pm in the Auditorium of Pioneer Ridge. Arrangements have been entrusted to the EVEREST FUNERAL CHAPEL, 299 Waverley Street at Algoma. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
