Condolence: My condolences to David's family. I was a hockey buddy who played many a late Wednesday night game because of Dave. He will be missed. I now live in Quebec and was shocked to hear of his passing.

Condolence: Dear Lorraine and Anne-Marie,

My sincere and deepest condolences on the passing of David. I just attended the service and it was so beautiful. How very special to have 7 pastoral con-celebrants at his funeral. That says so very much about the special person David was. I remember singing with you both just last year at Michele and Steve's wedding and the fantastic job David did with his solo verses. I can picture his smile.
Wishing you strength and God's love during this very difficult time. May knowing that so many are with you in spirit help.
Warmly,
Laura (Favot) Prodanyk

Condolence: Lorraine, Anne-Marie and family,
Our deepest condolences to you! Dave was a special friend and person and he will be sadly missed. I will miss his random texts asking what I am up to or to inform me of some random piece of information. I had answered one of his texts on Friday just before I heard the sad news! We will be thinking of you on Friday as we are unable to be there in person. I will fondly remember David as I cruise the tie shops in Edinburgh and think of the special tie I would have purchased for him! Most of all I will miss his smiling face as we partook in a formal meal with you and Dave! You are in our thoughts and prayers!

Condolence: I was very saddened to hear of Dave's passing.
Dave and I met in 2002 on a mapping project for the City of Thunder Bay. We were both project managers and so spoke quite often. After the the project was completed, we stayed in touch. We would exchange daily emails: tradition was I would send the price of gas in Toronto, Dave would send me the temperature in Thunder Bay. Dave took an active interest in my son Spencer and his career in the reserves, acting as a reference and as a mentor. Dave often sent me military articles about his dad of whom he was very proud. He always spoke highly of his wife and daughter.Dave was a good son, dad, and friend and I am sorry he is gone.
